Material waste is reduced by automatic generation of reposition commands. It is possible to process full sheet size parts, or multiplied parts throughout the sheet.
The Processing is divided into stripes. Tools can be selected to punch before or after the stripes command. An extra shear will automatically appear between the stripes in order to significantly reduce collision problems and sheet distortions (thick or heavy punched sheets). This extra cut may act as a Common Cut.
You can automatically crunch the skeleton wrapping the parts; combined with the Common Cuts command there will be virtually no skeleton left.
Machines with a Movable Clamps option will automatically have the Movement Command in the NC file, which will eliminate the need for Confirmation Punching in the Dead Zone.
Improving tool path efficiency is feasible individually for each tool - by means of choosing cut starting corner, determining desired tool path, specifying the width of material stripes to be optimized and the cooling distance - or globally for all tools by cncKad.
Any shape drawn on your part can be saved together with its processing. When running AutoPunch cncKad will recognize this shape and will assign to it the appropriate predefined punch.
This efficient and time saving feature is especially useful for those users who regularly work with processing procedures such as tapping or beveling.
