With the usage of Windows Fonts you will be able to create artistic texts which can be cut, as presented on the picture below:
cncKad for cutting offers an easy, one click toggle from cutting to engraving entities.
cncKad supports two directions of cutting: Clockwise (CW) or Counter Clockwise (CCW). It is useful for plasma machines, when it is important to make sure which side of the processed part should be straight.
Text placed on a part, such as part number or manufacturer's name, can be engraved in such a manner:
This feature is used for optimizing the machine’s cutting path, so as to minimize passes over the prior cuts. This function is significant in order to lessen the machine's chance of running into a deformation, caused by a cut made on a previous entity.
This automatic option calculates a path from one hole to another, trying to avoid passing through already cut holes. See the following examples before and after utilizing this function.
cncKad provides a powerful function, allowing you to improve the efficiency of the cutting tool path. You can adjust the processing path of both the holes inside the part and the part's outer conturs.
