Dongbang Novoferm Implements MADAF for Door and Frame Designing and Manufacturing

Established in 1957, Dongbang Novoferm produces steel fire doors, including Dongbang Zenith, glass fire doors, wooden fire doors, sliding doors, and doors for people with disabilities.

The factory located in Hwaseong, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea, which introduced innovative unmanned automation equipment, has a monthly production capacity of 10,000 sets.

The factory runs a variety of machines including Pivatic Coil fed punching, Finnpower SG6, Finnpower E5x, PrimaPower SGe6, and has introduced ERP, an enterprise resource management system, and MES, an integrated production management system, to manage sales, orders, ordering, design, production, shipping, and management.

 

Since 2022 Dongbang has started using MADAF software by Metalix to automatically manage door and frame orders.

By adding their door and frame models to MADAF they can now run orders and MADAF automatically creates all the part files, nests, and programs on all their machines.
