N.M. Heilig BV centralizes its CAD CAM system with Metalix

Since 1978 N.M. Heilig BV offers their clients bulk material handling, production, and recycling systems: they design, develop, deliver, install, and maintain a wide variety of machinery, from single units to complete turnkey installations.

They use Trumpf laser 6030 5 kW and a Esab plasma 10×2 meter.

Says Art van Son, Project Manager of N.M. Heilig BV:

Voor onze Trumpf-laser en Esab plasmasnijmachine hadden we 2 verschillende CADCAM systemen in gebruik. Daar we ook nog een koppeling met ons ERP systeem zochten werd het hoog tijd voor een centraal CADCAM-systeem: Metalix. Vanaf het begin van installatie hadden we door dat dit ging werken.

For our Trumpf laser and Esab plasma cutting machine we had two separate CAD CAM systems in use. As we were also looking for a link with our ERP system, it was high time for a central CAD CAM system: Metalix. Right from the start of installation we felt that this was going to work.
