“ZIZ” Limited Liability Company runs Metalix on their six Amada machines

“ZIZ” Limited Liability Company from Riga, Latvia is a door manufacturer since 2007.

They have six Amada machines:

• LC 2012 NT punch + laser
• LC 2415 laser
• EM 2510 NT punch
• EML 3610 NT punch + laser + PR III (with part pickup and stacking)
• VIPROS 358 KING punch
• EMZ 3610 NT

 

Potapovs Aleksejs, chief programmer says:

“We have been cooperating with Metalix since 2014. We have many different Amada machines and for all these machines the Metalix software is ideally suited.
On this particular machine, Amada EML 3610 NT punch + laser + PR III, with a stacking and automatic sheet loading and unloading of parts and automatic tool change, this software works great.
Our other combined (punch and laser cutting) machine Amada LC 2012 NT, and Amada EM 2510 NT also run on Metalix software.
The last EMZ 3610 NT is running on a Metalix software network license, where the corresponding post processor is already installed in our two workstations.”
